Yesterday, I was doing all of my regular tasks: breakfast, quiet time, working out, emails, etc. I heard sirens and police whistles so I looked out our window and saw that the usually peaceful street right outside our house was blocked off by policemen and there was quite a traffic jam. There were also people lining the road, so we thought there was a parade of some sort. Then, all of the sudden, we see a police motorcycle zoom by with it's lights on and then right behind him, four guys on bicycles. Everyone was clapping and cheering for them. Then, a huge pack of about 100 bikers just zoomed by. It was very surreal and strange, but also humorous. Then about a minute behind them came a guy on his bike, which made me sad for him. And finally, about 5 minutes after this guy, four more guys on bikes. I was kind of bummed for them, but it was a pretty funny and random thing to happen right outside our window!
