We had the opportunity to go to a village that is several hours away. We have been there a few times to work and always enjoy spending time with a family we always visit. They are so welcoming and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The bread on the plate is home-made and it is called mis'min. They make it fresh and we eat it with either honey or olive oil. It's delicious!
