One of the biggest things we miss about home is central heat. We hear that electricity is exspensive, we haven't received our first bill yet though. To keep warm we wear lots of clothes and run a heater that runs on what is called bhuta gaz. (Right now i am wearing two jackets.) When we get colder than usual we sometimes find ourselves sitting in front of the bhuta on the floor eating or studying. It can look pretty humerous. When the sun is out in the middle of the day it can actually be colder inside than outside because. Inside everything is made out of cement and tile and their is no insulation. The top picture is of Carol eating lunch in front of the bhuta.
