Don't Forget Your Umbrella

This past weekend we all decide it was about time to get out and see the country. So we decided to take the train to visit some friends in the capitol. We got up real early to catch the first departure. Even with limited language we made it there safe. We had a good time and got to catch up with our friends and see some highlights of the city. The only downside was that it rained most of the day. But it still ended up being a fun trip. We did however learn a good lesson (which I think happens just about everyday here.) We learned that when it is downpouring outside it is not the best time to try and bargain for a better price on an umbrella.

Emmy riding the train on the above luggage rack. Don't worry we only put her up there for the sake of the picture.

Mint tea we had for lunch. It is the staple drink of the country. This was particularly good and sugary.

Thanks for calling. You guys are the best! We miss you and wish we could share in the mint tea experience (even if we have to ride on the luggage rack with Miss Emmy).
