Today is election day here. It really is not that big of a deal because it's only local government. But they make a good rucous of it. All day yesterday all the parties were caravanning around and throwing pamhplets in the air as if they were part of some big parade and instead of paper it was candy. Basically, every street was completely covered with paper. The funniest thing I saw during the whole thing was when one of the walking rallies clogged up a street and an angry taxi driver that was trying to get by was honking at the people causing the traffic jam. One of the people in retalliation walked by and threw an entire handful of papers on the windshield of the taxi. All I could do was laugh.

Here are a few pictures for those of you like me that don't enjoy reading.
The first picture is looking up from the street at Gary and Bradyn's apartment complex. Ours is similar.
The second picture is of some clothes drying outside of some windows. Perspective on this picture the bigger ones are bed sheets.
