Salzburg...The Hills Were Most Certainly Alive!
They were alive with the sound of music and tourists. At first, we were not too excited to get to Salzburg, because we left Innsbruck, which is a small town and has that small town feeling, and when we were first walking around Salzburg, there were so many tourists that we couldn't look at the beautiful buildings without running into people. But, when we went out later that evening and walked around, it really started to grow on us. It is a beautiful, elegant city with alot of history and culture. Here is the best view of the city:
We climbed one of the hills in town and looked at the view towards Germany:
And while we were there, we spotted the Sound of Music house and walked down to it, which inspired this picture:
